VTJS17_Fire Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 Hi, is there any file, which I can see how many aircrafts I can place on each Airbase? Or can someone tell me the limits for each airbase? Thanks in advance. kind regards, Fire Hardware: Intel i5 4670K | Zalman NPS9900MAX | GeIL 16GB @1333MHz | Asrock Z97 Pro4 | Sapphire Radeon R9 380X Nitro | Samsung SSDs 840 series 120GB & 250 GB | Samsung HD204UI 2TB | be quiet! Boberro Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 I know it exist for LO1... somone wrote about that. But don't know where exactly... It was long time ago :) Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D ಠ_ಠ ツ
VTJS17_Fire Posted September 15, 2010 Author Posted September 15, 2010 Yep, I know. I have this Chart (DL: http://www.virtual-jabog32.de), but I don't know, if this chart is still actually? Plus, there is the lack of all the new bases. kind regards, Fire Hardware: Intel i5 4670K | Zalman NPS9900MAX | GeIL 16GB @1333MHz | Asrock Z97 Pro4 | Sapphire Radeon R9 380X Nitro | Samsung SSDs 840 series 120GB & 250 GB | Samsung HD204UI 2TB | be quiet! VTJS17_Fire Posted September 15, 2010 Author Posted September 15, 2010 Thanks a lot Grimes, but can you describe the columns a little bit? What means: - small parking - large parking - large pads - difference between bunker1 and bunker2 - max. AFM - max. AI large - and AI Quality? And how did you tested it? With up to 92 clients on a server  or did you count the parking areas or did you count the AI (=Client)? Or is there a file? kind regards, Fire Hardware: Intel i5 4670K | Zalman NPS9900MAX | GeIL 16GB @1333MHz | Asrock Z97 Pro4 | Sapphire Radeon R9 380X Nitro | Samsung SSDs 840 series 120GB & 250 GB | Samsung HD204UI 2TB | be quiet! Grimes Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 I tested it in Blackshark and modified the list for FC2. Basically I figured out the rules of where and how each aircraft spawn, then set 100+ AI aircraft to take off from a base and I simply counted them. Small Parking = "Shallow" Ramp. Only fighters and small aircraft can spawn there. Large Parking = "deep" ramp. Anything can spawn there... if you have B-52 set to take-off from ramp, this is where it will spawn. There is considerably more space between spawning locations on large parking vs. the smaller parking. Large Pads = those single spawn parking spaces. Some come with embankments around them Bunker 1 and 2 are basically groups. Anapa has two clear groupings of bunkers for instance. Max AFM. As far as I know Su-25T, Su-25A, and Ka-50 won't spawn in bunkers. So this number is all of the spawn spaces - bunkers. Also note this doesn't apply to AI Su-25T/A. They will spawn in bunkers. Max AI Large... same thing but only large aircraft. AI quality is basically a rough approximation stating which airbases are decent at handling AI operations. Factors taken into consideration, is there only 1 approach, do AI get stuck, do they have some crazy stupid taxi habit? Basically all the red ones have 1 way approach/take-off. The yellow ones are prone to taxi issues. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world. VTJS17_Fire Posted September 15, 2010 Author Posted September 15, 2010 I understand that so: - Green = optimum for AI - Red = improper for AI ... right? And on Kobuleti just 1 AFM can spawn?! Thanks again. kind regards, Fire Hardware: Intel i5 4670K | Zalman NPS9900MAX | GeIL 16GB @1333MHz | Asrock Z97 Pro4 | Sapphire Radeon R9 380X Nitro | Samsung SSDs 840 series 120GB & 250 GB | Samsung HD204UI 2TB | be quiet! Grimes Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 That seems to be an error in the spreadsheet. It should be 26. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
