GhostDog Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 thanks GhostDog that really helped. i set my pitch curvature to 25 and roll to 25, and now when pulling a hard turn the AOA warning doesn't come on as frequently. So thanks that helped with the trim also she was a lot more stable that time.;) Cool, I'm glad it helped. 1 EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming | i5 7600K 3.8 GHz | ASRock Z270 Pro4 | Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 16 GB | PNY CS2030 NVMe SSD 480 GB | WD Blue 7200 RPM 1TB HDD | Corsair Carbide 200R ATX Mid-Tower | Win 10 x64
twobells Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 I don't know what stick you're using, but when I switched the trim command from the X52's 4 way stick hat to a continuous rotator on the throttle, it became much easier to get the plane to fly exactly how I wanted it. I could even fly without touching the stick. ? Rotator is only along two axis, that means you only had left wing/right rudder trim? Steel Jaw Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 I do not know why all the abuse for AP use...when you're on ingress and need to be heads down in the pit to set up weapons delivery, AP is a temporary gawd send to keep the bloody thing stable.
