Need help with russian-english translation (spoken)

Hi.

 

Figured there are some people in this forum who speak both russian and english. So I'd like you to translate what's being said in the following video (not long, just a few phrases).

 

(the video is scenes from a game called Cryostasis, so if you plan to play that in the near future, beware, there might be spoilers)

 

 

I checked the english version too, so I have the english translations for the characters, but not the narrator. Still, I'd like to have the existing translations checked, just is case.

 

Narrator: ???

 

1: "No one is going to help you. The whole world is against you. Protect yourself, or they will eat you"

 

2: "(???) them and you shall control them, deceive them and you shall gain much, otherwise they will devour you."

 

3: "You're tired, that's all, calm down, they'll get you, sooner or later."

 

So what does the narrator say, and are these correct?

Bolded the words I translated my own way. It was pretty much the same, words can be translated a bit differently depending on person.

Rather strange clip to be translated. What's so special about it? :)

Суть же, состоит в том, что Свет пришел в мир. Но люди более возлюбили Тьму, нежели Свет. Потому что дела их были злы.

Никто тебе не поможет. Весь мир против тебя. Защити себя сам, или они сожрут тебя.

Приручи их. Так ты сможешь ими управлять. Обмани их. Так ты сможешь многого добиться, иначе они сожрут тебя.

Ты устал, ничего не поделаешь. Бесполезно. Не суетись, все равно, рано или поздно, они сожрут и тебя.

As I said it's scenes from a game, and I want to show it to a relative who doesn't play games (so I record it and add the subtitles) and doesn't speak russian (or english, but I can translate from english myself), and I want to make sure he doesn't miss anything.
