Now, with some work around, I'm able to load 4xS-8OFP2 and Vikhr+2xS-8OFP2 but forced to sacrifice 4xUPK-23 and Ferry cannon only. My search stop at the Newinput.dll I think the lines that need to be modified is hardcoded inside.
