During startup the eac switch below the throttle switches a different switch when pressed. I tried using the keyboard shortcut but that does not work so I cant move forward in the startup training. Is there another way around it.

Please read the FAQ before posting about beta issues:

(This issue has been posted about dozens of times already.)

To clarify: if you map the EAC switch to your keyboard/joystick, you should be able to turn EAC on and off. The switch inside the cockpit won't move, but you should see the EAC caution light on the right hand caution panel disappear.

It works for me and many others. I don't see anywhere in the FAQ where it explicitly says it can't be mapped.

How do you know mapping it to the keyboard isn't working for you? Are you seeing the EAC warning lamp remaining lit after activating it?

ya I always search and after a while when you put all the stuff in one little area it becomes a pain. And search always gives you a million answers when just posting something real quick gets you a quick answer. I did post a question before and waited and waited then i posted new thread wasnt 30 seconds and i had my answer then you get people who want to be forum mods telling you where to specifically go to look. If i paid good money starting my own post should not be a problem even if asked already and sometimes there answers are not helpful and posting there in a thread with 30-50 pages your question can be quickly lost
