Problem with new A-10 HOTAS

I realise this is strictly a thrustmaster problem, but was hoping for some help here as I cant find any support forums anywhere for their products or software.

 

I just got my new A-10 Hotas, and installed the taget softweare from their site, but every time I try and run the software it crashes.

 

Can anyone help or point somewhere where I can get some?

I believe you need to set your Regional Settings and Language to English.
