roszman Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Hi at beginning sorry for my english :/ hope someone will understand what i wrote below :P After takeoff, turn left and setup level flight the pitch scale is moved to the left side of the hud, i can put it on the center of the hud by rudder correction. the thing is that it happening even with wind 0m/s. Is it normal or shoul i 'reset pitch scale' or something ? thx in advance for help rgds roszman edit: wrong section of forum my issue is concerning FC2, sorry
104th_Crunch Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Never ever heard of this without wind in the mission. Sure there is no wind set in the mission editor? Make sure if you use a joystick axis for rudder that it is calibrated. Make sure that the side slip indicator in the cockpit shows that it is centered and there is none.
Boberro Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 As Crunchy said make sure wind is really set up at 0 m\s level. I think LONG time ago I've had similar issue, I don't know what caused problem. Also you can check if issue happens only in Multiplayer or in SinglePlayer too. I've been running my server recently with flyable Su-24M and Su-17M4 and folks had problems with HUD - somehow they couldn't turn it on. Only on my server... next time all worked OK. So... maybe it's just bug as same as in your case. Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D ಠ_ಠ ツ
roszman Posted November 15, 2010 Author Posted November 15, 2010 mystery solved :P the reason of missposition of pitch scale was my stupidity :P i was sure that i've checked wind settings but it appears that there was 7 m/s wind. while flying down/upwind pitch scale were in normal position. so sorry for wasting your time and thx for quick reply
