SU-25T campaign/multiplayer issues

For some strange reason, my SU-25T will not raise landing gear or raise/lower flaps in the campaign or in multiplayer. Yet for some strange reason it will in editor. I tried using the normal keyboard commands. No go. I tried setting the keys again. no go. Anyone have an idea why?

 

Edit: friend got me info on how to fix. For anyone who needs to know this:

 

RShift + L will turn on electrics etc, this will turn on guages and allow you to use flaps and raise gear etc.
