I created a pilot log and selected it as default. I am playing some missions but those mission stats or whatever are not listed in my log book. How can I solve this problem?

I have one more question: In the campaing menu, I play a mission and pass to the next one. Next time I open the computer and reload the desired campaingn, I always had to play the campaign from the first mission. How can that be, how can I save my campaign?

Does the nation you've created your pilot for have the plane you're flying in it's inventory?

For example. If you're flying the F-15, your pilot must be either US or Israeli. If it's an Su-27 your pilot must be Russian or Ukrainian.

If, for example, your pilot is Spanish or French, then those nations have no flyable aircraft available and any missions you fly will not be recorded in the log book.

Hit the save button when you come back to the mission editor after a successful mission. That works for me anyway...

Well I created a UK pilot and use any flyable aircraft I want and provided I type in my pilots name into PILOT NAME and provided I am alive (if dead, use a text editor to amend status='0' to be status='1' for your pilot name in .../lockon/pilotlogbook/pilots.xml ) then it seems to work OK.

I usually hit SAVE after I am at the beginning of the next mission in the campaign - try that and see if it works.

Other advice I have read says - After you finish a mission in a campaign you have to save your progress by clicking the debriefing button and then, while looking at the debriefing screen, click "file". then "save".

If still no luck and you are desperate to get to the next mission in a campaign, then go into the campaign via ME (Mission Editor), (you can choose campaigns with pulldown menu in bottom right of screen once inside ME), declassify the campaign and then you can see all the individual missions and choose which you want to fly.

I do this all the time to re-fly my favorite missions in a campaign, and ignore the ones I didnt like so much. Password for the stock campaigns is EAGLE. Most campaigns you D/L, the author will tell you the password in the readme.txt or the briefing.

If they didnt then use keyboard commands (not pulldown menu) to reset the passowrd to your own choice as below,

Press "ctrl + left shift + C" then type in a password e.g. airea.

Now press "ctrl + left shift + D" and enter your password e.g. airea

Hope this helps...
