DayGlow Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Reading up on the UFC I found out using the function button you can switch between Waypoint, Mark, and Mission settings for waypoints instead of using the dial on the right hand panel. Now reading the manual I missed where I can see what mode I am in. Of course the dial doesn't show the current setting if you use tue UFC. This is important because once we are able to assign keys to the UFC it will be easier for me at least to program the num pad to the UFC than to try to click the cockpit with the mouse. Stretch Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Just check the CDU (or the CDU repeater format on the MFD); the top-left line is always the current page. "STRINFO" for steerpoint mode, "POSINFO" for position mode, "WP INFO" for waypoint mode, and anything else for the other mode.
