how to aim a dumb-bomb on target with the hud of Su33?

make sure you are in air to ground mode. then you will have a pipper on the HUD which will estimate impact point.

 

proceed with dive on target and wait for "LA" launch authorization. Press and hold release.

 

NOLA implies either improper dive angle or too low.
