I know Mower, the lack of indexer line should be addressed.

 

I just know it default starts on VHF, and if I need a reference, I use the mechanical stops to establish either end, then count back to what I want.

If you dont mind me asking, would you please share with me what it was that was hanging you up? I ask because it helps me identify confusion points in the radio use, which I can then be sure to reinforce in later tutorials.

 

You would be helping all those in the future that get the Sim.

Well i hate to add on but i seem to have to same problem my wingmen wont respond, i tune into ufh radio frequency and i hear them call out rolloing wheels up etc. but when i give an order they dont respond in any way,

i have easy comms enabled for the time being

also i read in the manuel black lettering means you cant communicate wtih that group... wingman and flight are always black

ColGray, unfortunately I have never used the easy comms. But I would guess that if you hear him call wheels up, you are in communication with him.

 

Can one of you guys/gals who are more used to the easy comms give him a hand?
