Simer Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Hi, need some help on my fps. I get only about 16 fps when ever there I fly in the early morning light kind of environment (when the clouds are light orangish) or close to ground, why does this happen? If I am in an clear blue sky then I get 35fps. I don't seem to get a decent frame rate with this game - is it my hardware? GT 240 1Gb card Phenom III processor with 4 GB thanks
Bee_Sting Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 try to lower your graphics! lockon is cpu limited also it only sees one core when you have many.
Wolve Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 Simmer did you try to look in every direction before starting the sim? It seems "feature" is still persisting, atleast it helps me to get better fps. So you should look fully up and down, left and right even towards the tail, that seems to help that everything is loaded. Edit: Did you patch it to 1.2.1?
Mugenjin Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 Excactly which CPU do you have? There's no Phenom III.
FoxBMS Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 FC2 low fps Hi guys, I have same problem with low fps, this is probably game bug, because any other game works with full details perfectly without any lag! It's pity because this game otherwise could be good. AMD quad core FX-6300 Corsair XMS PC 12800 (800Mhz) 4GB RAM GeForce GTX 650 1GB DDR 5 2x SSD hardrive 250 GB This REALLY CAN'T BE weak system setup for this game... Recommended hardware requirements of FC2 even can't reach this setup to ankles... So in this case buying this game is dropped money into trash. What a pity!! Dear developers let's think where comrades from DDR did mistake...
