yuhan11020 Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 I am nervous about IELTS,I don't kown if I can pass it!!! this is a only chance I can go to England!!I need 6.5 points. I like English but I don't like examination. oh god save me!!!!!!!!!!!!
sobek Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 If you can, try to seek out native speakers and converse a lot with them. That is probably the best thing you can do. Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
Lucas_From_Hell Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Sobek's tip is really it, if to be fairly honest. Watch quite a lot of films too. Actually, one thing that always helps in any language you try: I know it may be awkward, but try to get the little voice inside your head to speak English. That way, you're in touch with it all the time, even if you have to force it to come out that way. Helped me a lot at least.
mig29 Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Please try the "Cambridge Practice Tests for IELTS". It's very good.
Rusty_M Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 The best thing for learning any language is to converse in real terms with native speakers. Did wonders for my French and German when I was at uni. The world is going mad. Me? I'm doing fine! http://www.twitch.tv/rusty_the_robot https://www.youtube.com/user/RustyRobotGaming
