Heater Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 Not sure if this will help people out, but I found and screen sharing application that will allow 2 people to share the screen in game using the mission editor, I have not tried with more than 2 people yet, but with 2 people it does work, the application is called Ammyy Admin and can be downloaded for free http://www.ammyy.com/en/downloads.html you only need the ammyy_admin.exe Hope this helps. Bodo Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 My mum got scammed by some person pretending to be from microsoft (my poor mum). they told her to download that and then proceeded to try and sell her copies of windows which could be installed over the net for 200 quid, luckily she was savvy enough to see through that and promptly rang me. I told her straight away to remove the ethernet. Then went round and upgraded her to windows 7, reinstalling everything. She learnt her lesson. But yeh, that was the tool those gits used and I still haven't been able, or been bothered to work out since, whether or not it's a legitimate app. I doubt it. Well, yes the app is legit, however the people using it may or may not be, the app requires you to authorize who you let connect, .. so it's in your hands, if you do not trust the connection you can always buy the router side and host the session your self. Bodo Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 Yeah I actually started reading their forums and realised that it seems fine to run it. I spoke to my folks earlier and yup, she didn't mention she had to give a code out for the caller to get control Tsk..
