Sorry m8 but that card is not meant for playing games, it has very low performance. It is merely a multimedia graphics card. If you want to play current games, you should at least get something along the lines of a hd57xx or better.

What's the specifics of your CPU?

CPU is ok-ish, i guess, but that g/c is seriously slow. Even my old hd4850 would blow that card away by a large margin. Sorry. :(

That depends a lot on how much you are willing to spend and what resolution you like to play at.

That definitely might be a problem, but to be honest you should switch it out anyway. You want your PSU working at 50% capacity unless you enjoy paying high electricity bills. (PSU's are most efficient at 50% load, and many - especially cheaper ones - are atrociously inefficient when close to max load. You'll make the money back on your electricity bill.)

As for what to upgrade to, depends I guess. I'm mainly a "green-team" guy so I cannot recommend an ATi/AMD card. (Don't know them well enough to give good advice.) For nVidia I'd say something like 460 or 560. A lot depends on budget and how much space you have in your computer chassis though - most graphics cards intended for gaming are HUGE. (My GTX560 is not a "top-line" card, and even that is 23cm long, 11cm deep and takes up two PCI-slots.) Looking at your model on the Dell site gives some cause for worry, but depending on HDD-bay design inside of it you might still be fine.

They're not as bad as they were for a while (die shrink has helped), but you will still need a better PSU.
