sobe Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 (edited) After loading the patch, when I try to load a training mission, it gets stuck 1/2 through loading. I searched the forums and there seems to be a solution which is to type bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072 However, my xp operating system in MSDos is telling me that the bcdedit is not a good command. When I type edit, things happen to fast to understand. So my question is what is "bcdedit" and where does it go? It appears that the BCDEdit command is only for Vista and Win 7 and I am running XP, so is there a simpler alternative for use XP users? sobe Posted March 8, 2011 Author Posted March 8, 2011 Success at last on running training missions I took Nate suggestion for the solution for running the training missions on the XP operating system and it worked. I changed the boot.ini file and the training missions opened up. Great solution.
