Which campaign to start on?

I just finished learning all the training in A-10, and I'd like to start on the campaign, but I see there are three separate ones. Do they go in some order, or have different difficulty levels? I don't know which to start on. Thanks.

Each are independent of one another and you can run them simultaneously. The Georgian Hammer is pretty straight forward and somewhat easy. It starts with very short flights and you start on the runway for most of the missions. The only thing that I dislike about it is its heavy reliance on the radio commands to run the missions. Other than that its pretty simple.
