tonym Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 On a quick mission I suddenly got a yellow warning message on the left MFDU that the right MFDU was inoperative. This was accompanied by a loud warning beeping. How do I clear the message and warning beeps? Pressing clear on the UFC didn't have any effect and I have searched the manual in vain.
GGTharos Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Click the Master Caution button ... On the MFCD, click the 'Ack' button. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
tonym Posted April 5, 2011 Author Posted April 5, 2011 Thanks for the advice, which is the "ack" button?
mig29movt Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 OSB 11 (I think...), well on the lower of the display there are 5 buttons, normally it's the button far on the right. SmokeyTheLung Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 It'll be labeled on the MFCD in question (lower right corner if memory serves me right). It stands for acknowledge. You should also be able to clear the message (not the beeping) by pressing TMS left short on your hotas System specifications: Computer, joystick, DCS world, Beer
