DCS-BS Data on little LCD´s

Hi there. I´d like to connect an LC-Display like this

to my PC and use it to display some data from DCS-Black Shark (Left Amo on the inner/outer wing, how manny cannonrounds (AP and HE) left, AP-Channels and so on) on it.

 

Has anyone don this yet? I have no clue how to manage this
