I always wonder how to get that internal camera position where you see the pilot?

Do I overlook something or is that possible via some .lua/.cfg editing?

It's an F4 view. You must only edit a line in the Server.lua. I used this parameters:

 

"RearCameraPos = {cockpit_point[1] + 0.35 ,cockpit_point[2] - 0.01, cockpit_point[3] + 0.05}"

 

But, if you want to see the headmovement too, you need an other client's track, because your track (or offline track) does not include this.
