gharness84 Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 (edited) After two days of trial and error my X52 FINALLY works flawlessly. Next two steps are my rudders and Helios on my second monitor. So all I really want my Saitek rudders to do are rudder left/right and differential breaks. What is the proper way to set this up in the controls? Edit: Much thanks to SFJack for his assistance with the X52, I would still be sitting here about to break things without his help =) Edited May 6, 2011 by gharness84 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] _______Spreading peace. MustangSally Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 I just purchased the Saitek Conbat pedals. Installaion was pretty easy. Just pluggeed them in, Windows (7) found the hardware and installed the drivers. Under "options/controls/axis commands" in the sim I set up the axis for the rudder and toebrakes (had to invert it's axis). Glad to see it all works. Ryzen 9 7950X3D - MSI MAG X670E TomaHawk MB, ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360 AIO 64gig Corsair DDR5@6000, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 AORUS Winwing Super Taurus, Orion2, TO / Combat panels, Collective with Topgun MIP Winwing Skywalker pedals, NLR Boeing Mil Edition Simpit, 55" Samsung Odyssey Ark, Trackir
RAF74_Raptor Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Gentlemen just a thought I would put a curvature of 30 on your pedals and a deadzone of about five makes it a little smoother for me. Just food for thought. Enjoy your pedals. I came I saw I got blown up by a SA-8:pilotfly: [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] http://www.firstfighterwing.com/forums/content.php

What are your settings for deadzone, curvature and saturation for pitch and roll axis?
