MP noob, how to join a MP server?

A-10c

 

I do multiplayer in the startup menu

(I did the 'correct MP buttons' MOD, so I can see all buttons with 2 monitors)

 

I login

I see the server list

I select a server not '*' passworded

'Join'

.. Loading mission

.. A-10C 1.1.0 starts up

.. my nick shows in the 'spectators'

I select my nick

do 'pool'

.. I am now in a list of blue coalition

do 'briefing'

do 'fly'

 

.. I now see under F1 ..

.. a bunker, a helicopter

 

if I'm lucky ..

.. I see under F2 other players in A10's

 

what am i missing?

is there a FAQ/manual somewhere?

.. this is for training server?

but

- all my button bindings are gone?

- seems to be in Arcade mode?

I have never heard about someone being put into a bunker in F1 (cockpit) view.

A helicopter, it can be explained by some converted FC2/DCS-blackshark missions. But a bunker, no never.

You did try to join different servers, not only 1 server?

 

If you still have the problem:

- Please try to reinstall, for example in a new directory somewhere else.

- Test without any mods installed.

Make sure you are using the latest version for full install:
