How make ingress/egress points on CAS / AFACs?

I making a CAS mission on A-10C. when I contact with the AFAC, that give me all necesary info but 3 first task lines not show. I check them and the initial point or ingress /egress points has no designates on the mission builder.

 

What has the procedure to make them?

Add a navpoint in the editor 'eg Mazda' and the JTAC should list that as the ingress point.

Do these navpoints work with both JTAC and AFAC? Will both of them reference these points?

Ok, I add nav point and JTAC reference them on the designation task. And I dont see a designation diamont on the HUD or the moving map. I need enter Ingress point on nav system to display them?
