I from Hong Kong, My screen error, please any teacher help me

HI any teacher,

I am moken, i from Hong Kong, my english is not good, but i very like Black shark, so i try to make Touchpal to my 2 montior ( No.1 -1786 x 1016 HDMI TV , No.2 - 1024 x 768 Philips Montior ) , when i finish setup Touchpal and then playing in game, i will see ABRIS cover the Shkval, so i cannot see the Shkval in game, now i attached my game screen ( not including Touchpal.exe running ), otherwise, i attached my setup file , please any teacher help me make the solution, Thank you very very much all people.
