Fuzzysham Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Yea,I did finally solve the pedals problem..its a tight fit..with the obutto plate for the pedals..it takes a bit of fitting the pedals in .. Now I don't know how I survived without the " Obutto "..you can build around this..if you feel the need for it... Four thumbs up...:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: You slide the pedals to the smallest foot size... Thanks for the picture. That helps me get an idea of what I would have to work with in terms of space. We have different Saitek pedals. I have the big ones with the metal pedals. I'm not sure if their dimensions are the same but the Saitek Combat pedals are very wide.
GlobalAviator Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I also have the saitek combat pedals and I dont see any posible way for them to fit and be usable. I was only able to get partial deflection (no where near enough to be usable after adjusting the angle of the toe-brakes) after experimenting with the rudder positioning under the monitor base. Does anyone have a possible solution or mod for this issue?
Direwolf5 Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Find a local welding shop that can cut the bottom support braces and weld in replacements further forward, this should give you more room to work with.

I like this idea...but the part you show in blue to weld the new support is a removable steering plate racing sim's..so this can't be done .. if it is done its permenant...but you idea has given me another direction to closely look into...:thumbup: Edited October 25, 2011 by Bearitall www.virtualtuskegeeairmen.com
