Any ETA on BS and FC2 integration?

I've actually asked that before, but it was months ago. I haven't seen anyone talk about it since. I'd love to see all three integrated as was originally talked about. Any sort of ETA of when that might be done, or if it's decided it will never be done, to at least let us know?

FC2 compatibility is being considered as far as I know..

BS compatibility is in the works.

They probably started work on it a while ago. Right now, we still need to see at least two more A-10C patch releases before integration, where integration, at the earliest, would be patch 1.1.0.10 (or possibly, 1.1.1.0, I donno what ED's patch designation format means). As to when that will be, personally, I'm guessing September. ED doesn't provide a date because they either don't know or don't know with enough precision to make an estimate that they would then be held accountable for.

 

And FC2 integration is just being considered, probably not that likely. You could get lucky, but if it's going to take ED and extra two months to put the boring old no-clicky FC2 aircraft in, I'd rather they just ignore it and get DCS most-likely-Hornet out the door faster. Supposedly, FC2 ended up being more work than they expected, I was pretty surprised when they upped the chances for FC2 integration with A-10C from "unlikely" to "being considered".

They provide a very sensible safety for themselves. Imagine ED sending out a promise for a releasedate, and them not making it, for whatever reason. Imagine the moaning, and overall b*tching!

 

The way they are doing it now, only gives a few "Oh when's it gonna be released!?"-question, which are annoying, but not too much to handle, to put it like that.
