In standard helicopters, yawing the aircraft is initiated by increasing/decreasing the angle of attack of the, tail rotor blades, via the rudder pedals, how are we achieving this in the KA-50, thanks in advance.

Via alteration of the rotor blades' angle of attack. That is, clockwise rotation is initiated by increasing the angle of attack of the counterclockwise-rotating rotor disk, thus increasing clockwise torque. To offset the increase in lift of said rotor disk, the angle of attack of the other rotor disk is simultaneously decreased. Same thing for counterclockwise rotation; increase clockwise-rotating rotor disk's angle of attack, decrease other disk's angle of attack, in turn resulting in clockwise torque.

Had to read that a few times for it to sink, in but it now it makes sense, thanks very much.
