Increase radio noise in TARS?

Me and my buddy are flying a lot using TARS, and although most likely somewhat unrealistic, we'd like to have TARS produce more radio noise, even at closer ranges. Any way to do this?

There will eventually be a way to adjust how much static your radio produces...that way people can tweak the function of TARS the way they like and not be locked into the default :)

Awesome! Let me finish off a good answer with another question: Will there be terrain masking effects in the next release?

No, not the next release. It's planned over the long term. It's possible to do but is more complicated so I'm not going to delay further release of the mod for that feature.
