Me as well SUNGSAM.I also like to have those graphics on the DCS. Let's see what happens in the near future. DCS A10-C has started very well. This simulator is very promising.:smilewink:

The F-16 I really like, but if I have to choose I'd pick the F-18. Now i don't know wich plane will be the next of DCS but I hope and desire that is the same quality as the A-10 minimum.

It would be nice to implement more maps of different countries or regions. This will take a long time but they are doing very good work.

Time and a lot patiente with need.

Nevada is ongoing by ED, and some other community effort as well about Afghanistan. As for the next module ED judges it's too early to announce. ED let free for us to know, that it will be a US fixed Wing Fighter.

Now, My clear speculation is that A10C avionics are closer to the F16C ones, subtracting the development needed for AA/AG Radar and flight modelling of F16 by ED. As I said, it's clearly my assumption here. Surely I would not bother if it will be an F18C or what ever else ED's military contracts dictate.

I also like the frameless canopy FOV of the F16 that is an advantage in the PC monitor world, I mean the A10 frame nearly irritates me! Makes me feal like a horse with blinkers. :)

I have a dream for that level of environmental detail as well. For some reason many sim fans think the only thing that needs to be simulated as accurately as possible is the air craft.

Power5 you have a point. But I think is a matter of priority in a flight simulator, you have to simulate the A/C then enviroment.

On the other hand I agree with you all, proper 3D and detailed enviroment adds to immersion, it makes you feal the space/distance arround you, and that is important in a flight sim also !:thumbup:

Nice music, and some nice angles. :)

Editing pointers;

When you add shake to the clip, remember to zoom in a little, as it takes away from the immersion by seeing the entire footage move around (just look at the edges of the movie).

Also, try to be consistant with the widescreen. It goes from wide, to very wide, then back again. Try to keep it at 16:9 all the time.

Also for the shot with the explosions in mid-air (AAA fire?), if you're not going to motion track the footage, at least try to move them around according to where you place them in the "air space". It looks really weird when you pan left and the explosion follows your view. :)

Other than that, great. :)
