I have my headtracking device set up, and i have the skull moving however for my benifit and the benifit of others caould someone please put together a guide of what to do next to get it to work in FC2 and BS.

So to sum up i have the LEDS glowing and the skull moving and the 3 point clip calibrated, but dont know what to next.

i have some idea that i have to download this (bottom of page)http://naturalpointofview.blogspot.com/p/trackirfixer.html

but i havent yet

what other steps should i take, anything else need to be done?

do i need to select one of the profiles?

Help!!

Download the trackIR fixer, place it in the LockOn Flaming Cliffs 2\bin\x86\stable than execute it, press fix and you are done. Reset you need to make a few settings, I will give you my free track profile for FC2. You don't need to do anything in the game profile so fire up the game and enjoy.

thanks combatace i have ur Su-33 model too (so thanks again)

ill try that after my dinner so if people could keep an eye on this thread case i have a problem.

just one last thing, on the output tab do i not have to untick any boxes?

ok i have the TrackIRfixer in this directory :LockOn Flaming Cliffs 2\bin\x86\stable

when you say execute do you mean run lol?.

anyway so i run it and it starts searching for running trackIR games. i guess i need to start lockon then?

just one last thing, on the output tab do i not have to untick any boxes

No you need to execute it, press fix, it will patch original input.dll and you are done. You need to keep first 2 boxes ticked.

 

i dont see this fix button. i double click on the application and it starts searching. have i downloaded the wrong thing?

could someone post me the link to the correct trackIRfixer.
