Adding Lock On to Online Account

Is it possible to add the retail box version of Lock on to my Customer account? Would be good in case I lose my CD

I meant LOMAC, good that they dont need a cdkey because I only have the CD. Upgraded to FC2 and it seems to work.

 

But when I only bought the update to FC2, can't I just show them my LOMAC CD and get the full version for download?

I didnt mean the LOMAC full version, but the FC2 full version, that doesnt need LOMAC preinstalled.

I am extremely confused by what you are even asking for. First it's LOMAC, then it isn't LOMAC, then it's an FC2 version that doesn't exist in the west (but with a LOMAC disc?)...

In my first post I didnt know that LOMAC is still owned by Ubisoft, so I assumed that it can be added to my store account.

 

You told me that won't work because Ubisoft still owns LOMAC.

If you are referring to the $9.99 LOMAC being sold there, that is a CD version.

Are you asking if you can register your CD version of LOMAC onto your account there so that it essentially says you bought it, as if you had bought it from ED?

LOMAC is a physical CD disc with no activation code, hence me not understanding what it is you wish to be added to your account.

There are some bundles out there that include two of the above - Lock On Gold includes LOMAC and LO:FC, Lock On Platinum includes LOMAC and FC2. In both cases as separate discs.

Now, which product are you talking about, and what exactly do you want added to your account?

Indeed, as I said, there is no downloadable version of LOMAC, because, as I said, ED does not have digital distribution rights for it. As you can see on that website, ED does not offer sale of LOMAC as a download, only as a CD. All downloads that are available can be seen on the download page of that site - namely FC1 and FC2.
