Daniel M Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Hello, I am trying to get ppjoy to install but it keeps telling me "your system does not allow unsigned drivers to be installed. Please change the driver signing setting in control panel, then restart ppjoy install". I have ran bcdedit, and see the watermark in the lower right. Here is output from bcdedit: Windows Boot Loader ------------------- identifier {current} device partition=C: path \Windows\system32\winload.exe description Windows 7 locale en-US loadoptions ddisable_integrity_checks inherit {bootloadersettings} recoverysequence <removed--i don't like sharing guids even if not important> recoveryenabled Yes testsigning Yes osdevice partition=C: systemroot \Windows resumeobject <removed--i don't like sharing guids even if not important> nx OptIn debug No Thank you
Daniel M Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 Just to update my dead thread in case someone else looks for this information. 1. Latest version of ppjoy seems to have fixed the issue. 2. Bomes Midi translator is the real solution to using midi controller as input.
docbrown Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Hi Daniel Got an APC40 i'd love to use as input for DCS. Would Bomes be an all in one solution or do you still need to install PPJoy? Would be great to find out how you got it working.

Devrim Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 ...2. Bomes Midi translator is the real solution to using midi controller as input.Bome's MIDI Translator (Basic) working in Windows environment. After set some rules, pressin any key (from MIDI keyboard) triggers for action easily, but 1) it doesn't work in DCS World, 2) I can't trigger rotaries and sliders on my MIDI keyboard... :\ Intel i7-14700@5.6GHz | MSI RTX4080 SuperSuprimX | Corsair V. 64GB@6400MHz. | Samsung 1TB 990 PRO SSD (Win10Homex64) Samsung G5 32" + Samsung 18" + 2x8"TFT Displays | TM Warthog Stick w/AVA Base | VPC MongoosT-50CM3 Throttle | TM MFD Cougars | Logitech G13, G230, G510, PZ55 & Farming Sim Panel | TIR5 & M.Quest3 VR >>MY MODS<< | Discord: Devrim#1068
Thermal Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 I have just started looking at freepie for this. MIDI controllers are cheap usb button boxes if you can get them working.
