Black Shark - assign X-52 throttle rotary to Schkval zoom?

Hi all. Running an X-52 (non-pro) for BS1. I saw that Dart was using the scroll wheel on the throttle as Shkval zoom. Is this possible to assign without using a Profile (ie via the BS GUI)?

 

I have tried to assign it but the GUI won't recognise it as a button.

I couldn't use them without Profile Editor. Finally I set "bands" for it. But it's not usefull!.

 

I hope someone give us a real useful trick.
