I've only had this game a short time, but the first few days I found myself doing nothing but adjusting the trim every second or two just to keep the plane in the air. It was not exactly fun. I finally figured out that engine throttle is the secret, there is a reason for those independent throttles (at least in the case of the warthog hotas). I enjoy flying alot more now that I don't have to constantly hammer the trim switches.

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

ordered logitech 3d non ff.

 

wolfstriked, it could be your joystick pots were spiking. also, the virtual stick vibrates when engine starts spooling.

Definitely not spiking,it looks like I am applying trim forward and backwards.Then all is well and controls normally.

mine does that same, looks like the hydraulics kicking in, same forward back cycle on the stick, happens every startup. Would wind be a factor in moving the stick before you have hydraulic pressure? Don't notice it except at initial engine engagement.
