hassata Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Hi: Any fix for assigning the Cougar microstick the the TDC and not having it "snap" back yet? Thanks [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Kula66 Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Not a problem I get with my Thrustmaster. The entry in the foxy script below - works a treat: MIX /I 4 30 ^ ^ ^ /O 3 HUDBOXLeft ^ HUDBoxRight MIY /I 4 30 TrimUp ^ TrimDown /O 3 HUDBoxUp ^ HUDBoxDown 1
hassata Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Thanks Kula-I'll try that as a means of generating characters-hopefully should work well :). I was just wondering if assigning the microstick as an axis still resulted in the snap back-which I guess it does. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
hassata Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 That works great-thanks Kula! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Brun Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Only way to it properly (i.e. analogue) at the moment is to map the TDC to the mouse axes, then use your microstick to control the mouse. Works fine once it's setup, although annoyingly the A-10s Maverick seeker is controlled by the 'radar' rather than 'TDC' axes. Not an issue if you fly the A-10 exclusively or not at all, but a right royal pain in the arse otherwise. Habu Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 I can't figure our how to map the TDC to the mouse axes. Using the normal axis assignment methods in the input screen does not seem to work. Guidance please. Habu
