Where are the Missions / Campaigns

When I choose Missions from the main menu there aren't any (other than the 2 I've downloaded or created) are there supposed to be some pre-made missions and campaigns?

When I choose Missions from the main menu there aren't any (other than the 2 I've downloaded or created) are there supposed to be some pre-made missions and campaigns?

 

Above the list of missions is a pulldown with folder names, one of them should say system and that is where they should be.
