RglsPhoto Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 The 1.1 Changelog said that "•‘IFF’ VMU message will be heard now if IFF alert was set up via IFFCC TEST menu." I have tried today and it works. The "Mode 1" is flashed in the up left of the HUD all the time.My Question is how can I remove this message? I try to power on the the IFF but nothing works. Another question is if I set the GCAS training mode on in the IFFCC Test Menu,The "GCAS" is always shownd on the middle of HUD,I have resetted theWCN but It's still shown on HUD. Thank you. This is intentional to warn you that GCAS is working against 'false' ground plane. The only way to exit this message is to turn GCAS training off. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] К чему стадам дары свободы? wolfstriked Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 I noticed a few things different in patch. The two oil pressure lights blink on start up,the top upper right light works(forgot its function). Some question I have are first why do you not have to squelch the radios on startup as is seen in some ramp start videos? Why doesn't yaw trim reset when you press TO trim button? Why does the IFCC bit test tell you to reset yaw trim and other functions but doesn't give you time to do it? "Its easy, place the pipper on target and bombs away." :pilotfly: i7-8700k/GTX 1080ti/VKB-GladiatorPRO/VKB-T-rudder Pedals/Saitek X55 throttle
Eddie Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 Some question I have are first why do you not have to squelch the radios on startup as is seen in some ramp start videos? All you need to do is switch the radios on, there should be no need to adjust the squelch. Why doesn't yaw trim reset when you press TO trim button? Because it isn't on the real aircraft. And yaw trim is only used in emergencies anyway. Why does the IFCC bit test tell you to reset yaw trim and other functions but doesn't give you time to do it? Well, firstly you should have done it prior to initiating the take-off BIT, and secondly the take-off BIT is not interactive in the sim it will run through its actions regardless of actual cockpit switch positions.

Thanks,Eddie.I would love to see it interactive.:megalol: "Its easy, place the pipper on target and bombs away." :pilotfly: i7-8700k/GTX 1080ti/VKB-GladiatorPRO/VKB-T-rudder Pedals/Saitek X55 throttle
