I am in the process of building my first panel and watched the stick up top and pretty much followed it exactly. I got the GPwiz-420 USB controller and hooked up a switch to it to test. I went into A-10C and saw the GPwiz-420 in the input and assigned the battery start to the switch. the switch worked (although ti stated that button 1 was already assigned). So it worked great, but has the last video shows I need to edit the joystick file to tell it the up and down buttons.

I went into config/input/aircraft/A10C/joystick to look for a GPwiz-420 file to edit, but there wasn't one there. I see the X65 files and even some joystick files for equiptment I don't have (the CH petals and the thurstmaster HOTAS). How do I get it to create a joystick file for the GPwiz420? Would like to stat building my panel and it's seems very crucial for it.

Are you running windows 7? Try looking at users/saved games/ eagle dynamics/ warthog/ config/input/aircraft/A10C/joystick. Im on my phone but this should be close to where you need to look.

I am running windows 7 and found it. Although the code looks different from the video above. Here's what it looks like:

{combos = {{key = "JOY_BTN2"}, }, down = iCommandBatteryPower, name = "Battery power", category = "Electrical power control panel"},

Where do I put the up command, before the down or after it?
