Stretch Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Anyone played that second Poke in the Eye mission on BS2? It took me quite a while to figure out that the reason my Vikhrs were missing was because there was a 60-knot crosswind. I had to check the forums. The only way to visually confirm this was correct was the smoke coming off of smokestacks, which was nearly horizontal. I feel like, in real life, trees would be whipped sideways and the howling wind would be filling my ears (at least before I shut the door and started the engine); basically, I'd have no doubt that there were gale-force winds. Would be awesome if there were some more obvious wind cues.
