I want the follow:

That a group of tanks start their attack when i send a massege to the commander unit.

How can i do that?

Also possible using the ingame menu option on the trigger list. No need for a mod to do this.

Add the tank group, build all the waypoints.

 

0 - start WP

1 - hold WP

3 - wp in enemy area (where they are supposed to engage)

 

at WP1 add task "hold" and set stop condition "is user 99"

 

Then go to your trigger lists and add a "mission start" trigger, NO conditions. Actions - add radio command "blablabla tanks go go go", flag 99.

 

When you hit that radio option - the "HOLD" task of the tanks will stop and they will continue on their route.

 

There are more way to do this and most of them will be much cleaner as well. But this is what you need to get started.
