Buckram Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Hi all, I am pretty confident in most forms of weapon employment however I have never released a laser guided weapon from a ground lasing source. Any ideas on the best way to practice this? A way to set a up a mission in the editor? Thanks in advance. Achieving World Peace - One 2000lb JDAM at a time. Inseckt Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 The JTAC needs to be in visual range to get type 2. Then you have to select "lase" from the designate field in advanced attributes. Proceed as usual, using LSS of the TGP. Laser code should be default. Haven't tried it myself yet tho, but perhaps I should give it a go tonight... FreeFall Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Now it's a nice opportunity to learn the UTM Coordinate entry procedures as well. You can find pretty much info by using forum search and searching for "utm coordinate" Here you are one link: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=82452&highlight=utm+coordinate
