Campaing, Wingman panicking when i land.

When i land during the Campaing missions my Wingman goes like "2nd, rejoin" for like 3 Minutes, how can i calm him down? Or tell him that im going to land, so he wont be afraid im leaving him?

I send him the RTB command on the way back to base.

And then when he lands and almost taxi's to where he need's to go, suddenly he goes full throttle across the field crashes and explodes, WTH is the food that bad at this field?
