activation without internet connection?

I have bought BS some months ago. and I don't have internet connection on my gaming desktop , I can only connect to internet at PC cafe.

 

Can I activate BS ? I ' not able to play BS now because of activation problem..

Yes.

 

This can be done via E-mail or through a website. The procedure is detailed in the quick-start guide. You essentially use the protect.exe to obtain a hardware code, which you write down together with your serial, and use when at the PC café.
