BS2 won't install

Hi.

 

I went to use BS2 the other day and it would not run, I went to reinstall it and got; 'The version of this file is not compatable with the version of windows you're running'

 

Which it is as it was running the night before.

 

Since then I have reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium. So now when I try to install it it says the same thing, BUT when I use 'Run as administrator' it then says; 'Windows cannot find C:\users\******\****\****\bs2_upgrade_setup_en

When you re-installed Win7 you moved the info. for the file. It isn't associated with the location now that you have a newer install of the OS on your PC. You saved the files install icon but not the set up bin. it is looking for. re download and it is very rare that a reinstall of the OS will fix anything, I know alot of people do it. But think of it like this. once you reinstall the app. that caused the problem with Win7 you will be in the same boat as before the reinstall.
