Question for VAC users

I'm trying to use VAC but having difficulty getting speech recognized in game. Outside the game the recognition is fine.

My questions are : What command do you use to activate voice commands in game ? Also do you set it as default , toggle or arm ?

I've found VAC a bit frustrating also, the main thing I did was make sure the mike is in the best position and reduce outside sounds. Also, training the voice recognition seems to help alot.

 

for activation, I use the arm. I have my TMW setup to send the ingame radio switch keys, then the keystrokes to arm VAC. Works great. I also set the mic-up to arm VAC also for those multiple radio commands you always seem to need.

I did some other mappings for when VAC just doesnt want to work properly also.
