DMS TMS not working, please help!!

Hey guys,

 

Im using a TM Warthog stick and the TMS and DMS buttons are not working.

DMS aft and DMS left are working but the others dont. I have run the T.A.R.G.E.T software and everything is working fine in there and the buttons are also working fine in other games.

I have tried reloading the profile in DCS: A-10 and also re-assigning the buttons but they are still not working. The default keyboard commands do work.

Im running version 1.1.0.9 of the game, is this a known bug with this version?

Possibily you should update to 1.1.1.1. ..... maybe something in the patch .

mmhhhh I dont think that the problem it's the patch version...

but... obviously the best thing (whatever) is that you install the latest version 1.1.1.1

It is recommended the Full install and not only the patching.

 

But before try to unistall and reinstal, you've try to run DCS in default mode without load the profile in the HW via TARGET?

Thanks guys, im not using target to run the profile only used it to make sure all the buttons were working ok.

I agree with Badger. Do a complete uninstall and reinstall the newest client. Patching over old versions sometimes causes issues.

And if the problem persists, rename this folder:

C:\Users\XXXXXXX\Saved Games\DCS Warthog

 

This will cause the game to not find it on the next start, and it will create a new, blank, one. If your files are corrupted, this should solve the issue.

I would probably try EtherealN's suggestion, just for grins, while you are downloading the 1.1.1.1 install files. If it doesn't work, you are no worse off and you can put it back if you like.;)
