DCSpksky Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 I have been informed by customer support that the reason my LOMAC crashes on startup is because my video card does not have enough memory. Before I go out and get another video card, I'd like to confirm that my GeForce 6200 128MB video card is the problem. FSX works fine with this video card. Has anyone else experienced crashes with a 128MB video card?
Nate--IRL-- Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 To be honest I can't remember what the min spec was for FC1 - but 128mb does seem kinda low. What is the problem? Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
DCSpksky Posted April 27, 2012 Author Posted April 27, 2012 The application crashes when it starts up. I hear audio and then I get an error message: "Runtime error Program ... .exe abnormal program termination"
Alfa Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Try running the application via the lockon batch file - that sometimes did the trick when there was a runtime error. Its located in your main Lockon folder - just double-click it to start the game. JJ
DCSpksky Posted May 28, 2012 Author Posted May 28, 2012 Still no go I found a file in the Lock On folder called lockon.bat. I tried running it, I still get the same errors.
