As said in Wikipedia:

In late 1944, the first French unit began its transition to reconnaissance Mustangs. In January 1945, the Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron 2/33 of the French Air Force took their F-6Cs and F-6Ds over Germany on photographic mapping missions. The Mustangs remained in service until the early 1950s, when they were replaced by jet fighters.

 

Here is a skin for a GR II/33 Savoie F-6 D , from the squadron commander, Cdt Labeche, based in Vélizy-Villacoublay, near Paris, in 1952.

The skin is available for all countries in the game.

 

Download here and copy the directory into the Bazar/Liveries/P-51D directory of your game install.

You may have to click on the button "valider et télécharger le fichier" (validate and download the file)
