szln6z Posted May 13, 2012 Posted May 13, 2012 Anyone else notice that the sound of the other A/C's afterburners are way to loud? This issue occurs when airborne and an A/C that has burners lights them within about 3-4 miles of your A10. When they do, you get this huge rumble sound, almost as if your A10 just shot a friggin howitzer or something; it's way too loud. My assumption is that when flying the A10, canopy closed of course, and an A/C with burners lights them, you wouldn't hear a darn thing unless you're within a couple 100 yards or so. This happens to me a lot during the campaign when there are friendly F15, F16, F/A-18s in the area. Anyone else notice this? James
